How to Share Your Membership with a Friend

Go to Your Account ProfileNavigate to your WooCommerce account dashboard.

Click on “My Membership” in your account menu
Access Your Membership DashboardYou’ll see your complete membership information including order date, download quota, expiration date, and more.

Click “Share with a Friend”Ready to share? Simply click the “Share with a Friend” button to open the invitation form.

Fill in your friend’s information

📧 What Information to Enter:• Friend’s Email: The email address where the invitation will be sent
• Download Quota: How many downloads you want to share (e.g., 25 out of 100)
• Personal Message: Optional – Add a friendly note to your invitation

After Sending the Invitation

Once you send the invitation, your dashboard will update to show the pending invitation:

⏳ Pending StatusYour friend will receive an email with a unique invitation link. Wait for them to accept!

When Your Friend Accepts

Once your friend clicks the invitation link and accepts, several things happen automatically:

Account Created AutomaticallyYour friend gets an account created instantly with login credentials sent by email.
Quota AllocatedThe downloads you shared are immediately available to your friend.
Status Updates to ActiveYour dashboard will show your friend’s status as “Active”.

You Have Full Control

🗑️ Revoke Access AnytimeYou have complete control over your friend’s subscription. If you wish to revoke access, simply click the “Revoke” button.
Any unused download quota from your friend will be automatically refunded to you.

💡 Smart Quota ManagementIf your friend used 5 downloads out of 25 shared, you’ll get 20 downloads back when revoking access. Fair and transparent!
