🔍 Search & Filter Tools
Three powerful tools to find members quickly:
1. Status Filter Dropdown
Filter by: All Status, Active, Expired or Lifetime memberships.
2. Name/Email Search
Type to search by customer name or email address (searches as you type).
3. Product Search
Search by membership product name.
📋 Members Table
The main table displays all membership information:

🏷️ Status Badges
Visual status indicators make it easy to identify membership states:
Active (Green)
Membership is currently active and not expired.
Expired (Red)
Membership has passed expiry date or used all downloads.
Lifetime Badge
Special indicator for never-expiring memberships.
📥 Display Types
The “Expires” column adapts based on membership type:
Time-Based Memberships
Shows expiration date (e.g., “March 15, 2025”) or “♾️ Lifetime”
Download Quota Memberships
Shows quota usage (e.g., “35/100 downloads”)
Installation
- Upload the AddonUpload the addon ZIP file via WordPress admin or FTP to
/wp-content/plugins/ - ActivateGo to Plugins → Installed Plugins and activate “Members List Addon”
- Access the DashboardIn WordPress admin, go to Download Box Pro → Members List
- Start Managing!View, search, and filter all your memberships from one place
How to Use
View All Members
Simply navigate to Download Box Pro → Members List. All memberships are displayed by default.
Filter by Status
- Click Status DropdownAt the top left, click “All Status”
- Select FilterChoose: All Status, Active, Expired or Lifetime
- View ResultsTable updates instantly with filtered results
Search Members
By Name or Email:
- Type in the “Search by user email…” field
- Results filter as you type
- Works with partial matches
By Product:
- Type in the “Search by product…” field
- Finds members who purchased specific products
💡 Pro TipYou can combine filters! Use status filter + search at the same time for precise results.
Quick Actions
Edit User Profile
Click “Edit User” link under any customer’s name to access their WordPress user profile.
View Order Details
Click the order number (e.g., “#11126”) to view the full WooCommerce order.
Understanding the Data
Active vs Expired Logic
A membership is considered ACTIVE when:
- Time-based: Current date is before expiration date
- Download-based: Downloads remaining > 0
- Lifetime: Always active (never expires)
A membership is EXPIRED when:
- Time-based: Current date >= expiration date
- Download-based: All downloads used (0 remaining)
Lifetime Memberships
Memberships marked as “Lifetime” are:
- Set by admin in Memberships Manager
- Never expire
- Always show “Active” status
- Display “♾️ Lifetime” in Expires column
