Actions for Duration-Based Memberships:
Extend Membership
Add days to the current expiration date. Enter the number of days to add (default: 30 days). The new expiry date is automatically calculated and saved.
Make Lifetime
Convert a time-limited membership to lifetime access. Removes any expiration date. Requires confirmation to prevent accidental conversion.
Convert to Limited
Convert a lifetime membership to time-limited. Enter the number of days from today (default: 365 days). Useful for reverting lifetime conversions or offering trial periods.

Add Downloads
Increase the download quota. Enter the number of downloads to add (default: 10). The new quota is calculated and immediately available to the customer.
Reset Counter
Reset the download counter to zero without changing the total quota. Useful when customers report issues or need a fresh start. Requires confirmation.

Cancel Membership
Changes the order status to "cancelled" and deactivates the membership. The customer will no longer have access. This action requires confirmation and cannot be easily reversed.

When a customer purchases a membership, all parameters are frozen in the order meta. This means you can change product settings (duration, quota) without affecting existing customers. Their membership terms remain exactly as they were at purchase time.
